Licensed by Creative Commons 3.0 (you can change anything but the footer), widget-ready, simply designed, valid XHTML/CSS, tested in all major browsers.

The theme is ready to be used with both personal and professional content, with it's design you can really use it everywhere. Plus, I believe both the code and the style.css file are easy to modify to fit your own purposes.
