I downloaded this and when I unzipped I had a virus threat warning!

Hi Jill. What program are you using? Some commercial anti-virus programs are terrible for reporting false positives. You can scan the file with http://www.virustotal.com/ which uses 36 different virus / malware detection programs. 0 results come up, meaning that the theme is clean.
