SMF 1 Themes 1 Column Fluid Width Table-Based Layout

I have had a stab at a Halloween theme which I hope you can use. Not sure if I caught the "atmosphere" of it, since where I live we don't celebrate it in quite the same way...

Anyway, the theme is fairly simple, just style.css and one template used - and is currently for SMF 1.0.5 and SMF1.1RC1.

Any comments are welcome.
