SMF 1 Themes 1 Column Fluid Width Table-Based Layout

This theme is something I have been working on for a long time.
I first tried it on the tracker but not many people were into it.
It works great on the forum though  Grin
Header and footer are both fixed .... they do not move.
The main body or also known as the container moves inside the header and footer.
Made only for 1.1 RC3 as of yet I may try it on 1.0.8 as well it will come with both regular smf index.template.php and one for tinyportal. Enjoy TT
