This free Joomla template is vivacious(cheerful)!!! 100% width. v1.1 - Fixed various bugs.  v1.2 - Added a bottom module position.  v1.3 - Put border around bottom module.  v1.4 - Fixed top buttons from using two lines sometimes, added min/max-width css to .outer class(this wont work in IE-will put javascript in a future version for IE- but will in FX the way it is now.)
