Joomla 1.0 Templates 3 Columns Fixed Width Table-Based Layout

This is a free Joomla template based of Rhuk's solareflare_ii template and is fixed width at 1024 wide and some of the positions altered to make it a better fit for a standard page.  We have also introduced the rich blues and reds in a tasteful combination to give this free Joomla template an excellent corporate feel.
