Valid CSS HTML Templates 2 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

It's my suggestion for the OSWD Design Contest codename:winter. This layout is completly, as required, valid XHTML 1.0 transitional and CSS 2 - so the bigger part of browsers and platforms shouldn't have any problems with a correct view. I hope you (espacially the jury) like it. greetz Max aka t-3k
