Valid CSS HTML Templates 2 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

Hi, my name is Jack Qiao and this is my first design on oswd. I made this as an alternative to sleek blue layouts that are popping up all over the place. Both xhtml and css validates, but there are some slight differences in modern browsers and *cough cough* That Browser... I doubt anyone would notice though :]
