Thanks for viewing and/or downloading BlueTranquility 2, my second web design template I submitted to Open Source Web Design in October 2004 and revised in July 2005. This template is based on the original BlueTranquility (my first web design template I submitted to OSWD) and is essentially a 3-column version of that template due to popular demand.

BlueTranquility 2, like its predecessor, makes full use of XHTML and CSS to ensure cleaner code and faster loading times than websites based on traditional HTML alone (i.e. no tables are used for the site layout and no images are used for the menu buttons). In essence, this template is both easy to maintain and very flexible.
BlueTranquility 2 is also fully validated by W3C for both XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1 conformance, the real-time validation links of which are listed on the left, meaning that it will look as identical as possible on all the major browsers (the supported browsers are listed on the left as well).

In addition to the specs already mentioned, BlueTranquility 2 comes with all of the features and revisions that the original uses (you can check it out from my OSWD Information Page using the Site Design link on the left). In addition to those, this template also features a second sidebar on the right of each page (for listing news, announcements, etc.) and a Page Navigation section at the top of the second sidebar for easier navigation of the template's longest pages.
