Valid CSS HTML Templates 2 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

Well, another Design only for OSWD - I hope you like thisone. this design is of course tableless,valid to most norms of the w3c, but... for an optimal view you shouldn't use the Internet Explorer because that 'browser' isn't able to display the 'dotted'-borderstyle- my suggestion: use Firefox! :D
