I am going to start my website using drupal very soon so I am just looking at templates so I can play around with and I really like this design. Is this a Drupal Theme/Template?

Hi Claudia. This is in the HTML templates section and is tagged as an HTML template, so it is obviously not a Drupal theme. You could possibly hire somebody to convert it to a Drupal theme.
