This Template is amazing, I want to make the grayish background(which is just a line) has curvy corners, I tried to edit the jpg file in the css file, but it didn't work? how should I fix that?

Hey your template is awsome but the main links seems to not work properly.I added my link into the # position and saved it but when i click on the link on the browser it says that the page cannot be connected or somthing
so please help me out with this
