XHTML Transitional HTML Templates 1 Column Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

Welcome...

Hola! This is my first design - it's pretty simple, me thinks. I'm still learning css, so *helpful* criticism would be much appreciated. (^_^) Oh, and instead of just filler text - you know, lorem ipsum and blah blah *yawn* blah - I'll bore you with some of my ramblings instead.

The Idea...

Much of my inspiration comes from looking at the great designs here at oswd.org.

Then I saw this picture while browsing around sxc.hu, and voila! "The Orchard" was, erm, planted...

The Test...

I've tested the design in IE and Firefox... It looks okay. At least, I hope so!

Of course, if you encounter any problems, you'll have to let me know...

Restrictions...

None whatsoever... It is, after all, "open source". Only, if you do use the design, would you drop me a little note to say hi? I'm a very lonely person. I'm kidding. Tell me how you liked it ...and I will, in return, compliment you on how great your webpage looks. Now that's a promise! (^_^)
