Pasteltopia is my first atempt at creating a multi-color design.. with bright colors, its easy on the eyes and a pleasure to view. It does use tables sadly.. I tried to do it with pure CSS, but couldn't get it to work (at all :P ). It is valid XHTML and valid CSS, uses one image though.. a spacer, you can replace that with nbsp; if you want. It loads quiet fast too, less than a second on 56K!
