XHTML Transitional Valid CSS HTML Templates 3 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

I am sure we are all aware of the number 2 that I am referring to here, but it is also my second template, giving it double... or triple meaning. Anyways, this is a static 3 column layout, made using xhtml transitional standards and css. I have tested it in IE6/7 and in Firefox, and everything seems to work out fine. This design is fairly minimalist, utilizing few images.
