XHTML Strict Valid CSS Drupal 5 Themes 2 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

This is a port of the Spring Bloom design found at http://www.oswd.org/design/preview/id/3535. Spring Bloom is a two column theme for the 5.X branch. It can accommodate five primary links. The theme files need to go through extensive testing before being declared stable.
