XHTML Strict Valid CSS Drupal 5 Themes 2 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

This is a re-implementation of the Internet_Services theme by Luka Cvrk. This is a fixed width, 2 column layout. Parts of the design are ported from the K2 theme. Internet_Services requires the PHPTemplate theme engine. It is now completely rewritten for Drupal 4.7.6 (1 Feb 2007), Drupal 5.1 (2 Feb 2007), and valid XHTML 1.0 Strict (2 Feb 2007).
