XHTML Strict Valid CSS Drupal 5 Themes 3 Columns Fixed Width Table-Based Layout

The Foliage theme is based on the Blue Marine theme shipped with Drupal 4.7, and updated with Blue Marine 5.0 changes. Foliage has more colours and a fixed centred width, supporting screen resolutions of 1024 pixels and up. The theme xhtml validates, and is tested in major browsers.
