Valid CSS Drupal 5 Themes 3 Columns Fixed Width CSS-Based Layout

Split color theme of strong green and gray. Layout uses central column with a main region, and two right sidebar regions, footer region allows for horizontal stacking of blocks.

Tested successfully on WinXP FF2, IE6, IE7. Known alignment issues on Linux FF2.
