Nice Theme, but not working entirely

They Title of the blog will not pull in. It just defaults to the 'Wordpress Theme 2.0 - The Blue Wordpress Theme' and I'm still not sure how to fix. The header file has the line in it to pull the title, but nada...

I am running this theme and its runs flawlessly.
These themes are great for a novice and expert user.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this theme, I LOVE IT! :=)
