The license that you selected for this theme is Free (No Restrictions) which means that anyone who downloads this theme can modify it in any way. However, in the footer, it says, "THE TERMS OF USE FOR THIS THEME STATE THAT YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE SPONSOR LINKS BELOW IN THE FOOTER". If you do not want people to remove the encrypted links, you should choose another license.
