Andreas02 by Anders Vicklund inspired theme for e107

This was requested at e107org and its 90% Based on the e107 v7+ Kubrick theme by Que - the layout is slightly different from the original Andreas02 as the nav menu is below rather than above the header - (only because I couln't get it to sit there nicely so if any one else can then go for it )

e107 v0.7.6 ready with 'user width' overide defined in theme.php as pewr the wiki link

Tested in IE6 and Firefox 1.5.0.5
