Today i finished making the BlueTech Theme.

This is only the first Version of this Theme, that means that if you wish to have another color for this theme you can ask in Forum for that.
I choosed an lite color cause that makes it interest for Firms etc.
The Forenicons doesn't changed, only the "New Threads" Icon was changed.
