Based on original wordpress theme by Sebastian Schmieg of kingcosmonaut.de. This is one of the featured themes at Wordpress.
This theme has feature called "minipost". To create a minipost, create a news item then in render type, select "Title only - post to front page". The problem with minipost is that it will also be rendered exactly the same in the News-Category Footer Menu. Disable the News-Category Footer Menu in the news preference so that the problem won't show.
