e107 0.7 Themes 3 Columns Fluid Width Table-Based Layout

My very first theme.
Its actually "e107v4a" but I rewrote the code and changed the images.
Its currently version 0.1.
Its very stable as its only a rewrite and not something I started from scratch.
I am updating it every so often and adding new things as I learn how to.

Rip

I checked out the style code of this and found out it's a rip off from an old ET gaming server design created by one of it's former members. This one just has images added to it for the design and text in the footer. The ET logo at the top is also part of the original. Style is 100% match.
