Light Fantastic is a theme developed for the Google Summer of Code 2007 (Abstract of original project proposal).

It's a flexible theme that could be customized to have several layouts, either fixed-width or fluid:

  • Single column layout
  • Two column layout: left or right sidebar
  • Three column layout: left and right sidebar
  • Banner region: A region between header and content for featured content
  • Additional region: A region between the content and the footer, which could have one, two or three same-width content blocks

The width of each column could be assigned.

Problems with spacing

There are problems with large spaces on both the right and left hand columns in IE7. Have these been fixed?
