I like this theme, however I entered the Site Name and slogan but they don't show up in the title.
Also, does the Header block exist?

if you go to site building and blocks, you should see all the available positions listed. check configuration to see that site name and slogan are enabled. it is possible that the theme developer didn't code those in.
