I composed a long reply. A thank you for everything itemized. And a thank you for inviting me to post my joomla site to the site showcase. I thought it had to be 'done' first. I'd love to post it.

I have a situation at the moment.
Somehow, I have taken off more than I thought I did off of the front page.

I can not log in or access the administration control panel at all

It is late, I just had to check on school but, I wanted to let you both know that I appreciate all your help and encouragement.

You mean that you cannot see the Admin panel or that you can but your username & password do not work.

Thank You !!! I used that link and got back in. Now, I know that I can get there that way, it dosn't matter if the admin log in isn't on the menu.

What I did??? I still need to figure that out and undo it. LOL

I'll back track ... I think it had something to do with getting rid of some menu items and modules...and...I may have activated community builder which I don't even have. I'm learning. LOL

I will not have time until the end of next week. But, I am so happy that I didn't lock myself out.
