Themebot should be able to help more than I, i recently tried joomlaboard on my demo website to give you some ideas but it ended up being a bunch of errors.

However, it should be easy to create categories:-

-Admin Panel
-JoomlaBoard
-Forum admin
-New
-To create a category - leave as top level categorie
-To create a forum section - scroll down the drop down box to where you want your forum section to appear
-i would recommend loading the sample data to give you a better idea

"Sample Data" That was the info that Made My Day!!! Thank You. I have used the Sample Data to create a forum.

I will be busy with finals for I/O Psyc until the end of next week.

Take Care MuffinDCC and Themebot. I really appreciate all of your help,

GypsyOwl

ok. I am so glad you got that email.
I just figured out that there was email for the forum there.

I am so glad to have it fixed.
Now I am working in the template.
I finally got into the support forum at the joomla board site. So, I'll search the info there for the most part.

Have a Wonderful Day and Thanks again.

There are many templates out there - most are here on themebot, try and find a really well suited one.

Also, if you check Joomla Site showcase on this forum, you will see my review of the 2 sites ive built. It has a detailed specification of all the addons i used and links to where to download them

A great place to look for addons is extension.joomla.org - its updated every day with new stuff.

One suggestion - try and filter out some unnecessary modules and menu links on your frontpage - it is far better to have fewer links and modules but the ones that are there are the most relevant

Also - unpublish the logout link in the usermenu - when community builder is active - it has its own login box.

Community builder also has a "Load Sample Data" feature as well which is great
-Admin Panel
-Components
-Community Builder
-Tools

Hi GypsyOwl. I'm having trouble finding the link to your site. I wanted to check out the progress you've made so far. Would you mind posting it in the site showcase? The showcase is for displaying new sites and getting feedback. Or do you want to wait until it is ready?
