Can someone help me install fireboard? I tried uploading and installing from directory...but neither work. I always get "failed to create direcory"

Have you checked to make sure all of your permissions are set properly for Joomla. When logged into the backend as a Super Administrator, go to: System>System Info. Then click the Permissions tab. Is anything there listed as Unwriteable?

Yes...this is labeled as unwritable: Session Directory /

If that is the only directory that is unwritable, it shouldn't be a problem. I think you need to unzip the main Fireboard file before installing and then find the correct package to install. Did you try that?
