More than meets the eye?

Well, aside from the fact that I am the friend you went to see the movie with, I have to agree 100%.

I considered Michael Bay cool, yes. And Transformers are cool. But blatant mind-washing. Not that some of the audience wasn't already there. Maybe I am the mutant, but where is the future in fiction if it merely recapitulates the crap in life. Stars and stripes, bro. All good unless needless, approaching nationalistic megalomania.

To tell you the truth, it would have been 10x more entertaining to see you chunder all over the jarheads soaking up this tripe!

I gotta disagree with you. I loved the movie. It was great... i liked EVERYTHING about it lol.

Also my friend saw it in imax which would of made it so much better...

I wanted to like the movie. I used to watch the cartoon all the time. But I walked out of the theater with both thumbs down.

I get what you mean...

I'd never seen transformers as a kid though.
